We provide services to clients based on quotes, proposals, or written agreements.
This website is not an online store and does not sell standard “products” with fixed prices. Payments made here are for:

  • invoices issued for services rendered, and/or

  • deposits or milestone payments agreed in writing, and/or

  • amounts agreed in a quote or service agreement.

3. Quotes, Pricing and Invoices

  • Pricing is quotation-based and may vary depending on scope, requirements, and timelines.

  • A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote (or, if not stated, a reasonable period).

  • Work may only begin once a quote is accepted and/or a deposit is received (if applicable).

  • All payments must reference the correct invoice number or client reference.

4. Payments (Online Payment Gateway)

  • Payments made through this website are processed via a secure payment gateway (for example, Peach Payments and its supported payment methods).

  • We do not store your full card details on our systems.

  • You agree that you are authorised to use the payment method used.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information required to deliver the service;

  • approve work and respond within reasonable timeframes; and

  • pay invoices on time as stated on the invoice/quotation/agreement.

6. Cancellations and Changes to Scope

If the scope of work changes, we may issue a revised quote or invoice.
Cancellations are handled in line with our Refund Policy and any signed agreement.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. All refund requests are assessed according to our Refund Policy (linked below).
If a payment was made in error, contact us immediately with proof of payment and the invoice reference.

8. Delivery of Services / Completion

Services are delivered according to the timeline and scope agreed in the quote, invoice, or service agreement.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;

  • our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site to conduct unlawful activity.
